What we need from you:
We’ve found that working with your own trusted personel makes for the best blend of traditional management and the sense of security you want, from people you trust.
We ask our clients to provide us a point person, this could be a cleaner, friend, or neighbor they trust who can replenish household items after a guest stay, be available for emergency drop-offs of items, and who can check the house for damage after guests have checked out.
We’ll work to schedule your cleaners and maintenance people around guest check-ins.
* We require all rental homes to install a keyless entry system. Keyless entry systems allow for remote access to doors for maintenance people, cleaners, drop-offs, and guests who may have forgotten their entry codes. These systems can be reset after each guest stay ensuring security of your home without the worry about key copies and reentry. We can provide you with more details on request.
How do I qualify?
Our full management suite of services is offered to new rentals and existing rentals who will or currently have been renting at a minimum of $500/night or around $3500/week and higher. We focus on these homes due to the investment of time and energy we put into each property. Of course, reach out if your property doesn’t meet these figures and we can talk to find creative solutions to work together.
