CASE STUDY

The Grand View
Gloucester, Massachusetts

The Grand View is a sweeping estate in Gloucester, Ma that was about to enter into the rental market for the first time. The home’s decor had not been updated since the 80’s so we were hired to restyle the home in several stages – the first stage was to audit what should stay, be removed, and be replaced followed by the selection of new items and curation of existing pieces to bring the home some clarity and needed updates.

Interior Styling

We provide clients with moodboards for each of the rooms in the house and help them understand how to evolve their spaces – slowly bringing a cohesive look and feel in alignment with their new brand.

Guest Experience & Interior Design Adjustments

As part of our ongoing consulting with The Grand View, we work with the owners to continually update and improve their offering over time. Part of our service includes design/styling audits for both interior design and listing photography – as they go hand in hand. We offer suggestions on paint color, furniture, decor, layout and give our owners/managers a roadmap to slowly evolve and transform their spaces.
